Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TrafficDriver.ai, a product of Paramount Lead Solutions, handles personal information across our website, Meta Instant Forms, customer accounts, and dealership automation services.

1. Scope and Our Role

This Privacy Policy explains how TrafficDriver.ai, a product of Paramount Lead Solutions ("TrafficDriver," "Paramount," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through trafficdriver.ai, Meta Instant Forms and other advertising-platform forms, demonstrations, customer accounts, and our voice, text, email, and dealership-automation services. For website visitors, prospective customers, account users, and our own business contacts, Paramount generally determines why and how information is processed. When a dealership provides customer or lead information for TrafficDriver to process under the dealership's instructions, the dealership is generally responsible for its relationship with those individuals and TrafficDriver acts as its service provider or processor.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on your relationship with us and may include: Business and contact information, such as name, work email, telephone number, dealership or company, role, website, and messages or form responses. Lead-qualification and advertising-form information, such as dealership rooftop count, operational needs, areas of interest, purchasing timeline, campaign, ad, and Meta Instant Form identifiers. Account, subscription, and transaction information, such as login identifiers, account role, dealership settings, package or subscription status, billing contact details, and payment status. Payment-card information is handled by our payment processor rather than stored in full by TrafficDriver. Dealership-provided customer and lead information, such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses, CRM or DMS identifiers, lead source and status, consent or suppression information, appointments, notes, communications history, and dealership assignments. Vehicle, inventory, sales, and service context, such as vehicle interest, VIN or stock number, ownership or trade information, service needs, recall or maintenance context, and appointment details when supplied for an approved workflow. Conversation and communications data, such as call recordings and audio, transcripts, summaries, dispositions, text and email content, call metadata, transfer outcomes, opt-out requests, and appointment results. Recording and communications practices may vary by workflow, dealership, and applicable law. Website, device, and engagement data, such as IP address, browser or device information, referring and visited URLs, cookies, pixel or campaign identifiers, page views, clicks, session or prospect identifiers, and chat activity.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you; automatically through our website, cookies, browser storage, server logs, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel; from Meta and other advertising platforms when you submit a lead form; from dealership clients and their authorized CRM, DMS, inventory, telephony, and communications systems; and from vendors or business partners that support approved services.

4. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to: Respond to inquiries, provide demonstrations, qualify opportunities, create accounts, process subscriptions, and communicate about TrafficDriver services. Operate approved inbound and outbound voice, text, email, appointment, transfer, missed-call, and lead-follow-up workflows for dealerships. Authenticate users, administer accounts, connect authorized systems, maintain knowledge and campaign settings, and provide reporting or customer support. Transcribe, summarize, classify, evaluate, and improve conversations and automated workflows, including through artificial-intelligence service providers operating under our instructions. Measure website and advertising performance, maintain campaign attribution, understand engagement, and improve our products and marketing. Protect our services, prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security incidents, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

5. AI, Calls, Texts, Email, and Recordings

TrafficDriver uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to support conversations and business workflows. Depending on the configured service, an AI agent may answer or place calls, send or respond to text or email messages, collect information, assist with scheduling, or transfer a conversation to a person. Calls may be monitored or recorded and communications may be transcribed or summarized when permitted by the applicable workflow and law. Dealership clients are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining required permissions, and supplying only contacts they are authorized to use. Individuals may request that marketing communications stop through the communication itself or by contacting us.

6. Cookies, Browser Storage, and Advertising Technologies

Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel and may use cookies or similar technologies from those services. We also use localStorage, sessionStorage, and session cookies for account security, visitor or prospect identification, chat, onboarding, navigation, and other product functions. You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking cookies or clearing browser storage may affect analytics, account sessions, chat, or other site features. Google and Meta provide additional information and controls in their own privacy settings and policies.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to: Cloud hosting, database, storage, analytics, advertising, CRM, telephony, text, email, payment, security, transcription, speech, and artificial-intelligence service providers. The dealership client or authorized account users responsible for the relevant lead, customer, campaign, call, appointment, or business workflow. A buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws use broader definitions of "sale" or "sharing" for certain analytics or targeted-advertising activities. You may contact us to make a request concerning those activities or other applicable privacy rights.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain account and business records, honor suppression and opt-out requests, support security and quality review, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and compliance requirements. Retention varies by data type, client instructions, service configuration, and applicable obligations. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, communication channel, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may ask us to stop marketing calls, texts, or emails by using an available unsubscribe or opt-out method, telling the agent or representative, or contacting us. Transactional, service, safety, or legally required communications may continue when appropriate. Depending on where you live and our role for the information, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; appeal a decision; or use an authorized agent. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. If TrafficDriver processes your information solely for a dealership client, we may direct the request to that dealership.

12. Children's Privacy

TrafficDriver is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our own website or marketing. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

13. Changes to This Policy
